Carys Elen Jones is a Welsh painter and illustrator raised in Carmarthenshire and now living in Cardiff.

Her work predominantly focuses on Welsh subject matter through portraits and landscapes but also is praised for her versatility in different creative endeavors.  

She also creates light-hearted caricatures and illustrations of Welsh culture with her Paent of Milk project.

She is 1/4 of the band Angel Hotel in which she plays bass and sings.
